Patient Care Tech - Hill Country Memorial (fredericksburg, texas) in Beaumont, Texas For Sale

Provide basic hygiene care to patients under the direction of a nurse, such as feeding, bathing, assisting with ambulation, skin care, dressing and other personal needs; obtains and records patient date in the EMR, includes vital signs, I and O and other pertinent information; communicates patient information to the nurse; assists with admissions, discharges and transfers. Accepts other assignments willingly and participates in process improvement initiatives. HS Diploma or equivalent. Patient care tech or nurse aide experience, preferred. This is a night position, shift is from 7pm:7am with rotating weekends and holidays. It is PRN, so as needed.
