Nursing Home Administrator
Beaumont, TX (Clairmont)
Perm/Full Time
Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with some evenings and weekends as needed
Now seeking a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator, with a strong background in LTC.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility, authority, and accountability for direction and leadership for the facility. Provides strategic planning for developing and implementing assigned responsibilities.
Maintain responsibility for operational leadership. Direct the activities of all personnel. Organize administrative activities that involve strategic planning, new programs and productivity to ensure high quality cost-effective care is provided.
Responsible for the daily operations of the facility including determining the types and numbers of nursing personnel and staff necessary to provide nursing care for assigned areas.
Prepares annual budget for facility. Monitors monthly performance of facility in relation to budget and intervenes as needed.
Develops, implements, coordinates and monitors departmental programs, including quality assurance activities.
Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and development, responsible for staff development
Establishes and maintains open, professional and positive communication in all aspects of job performances.
Be available for occasional travel within 25 miles to other facilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors required, Masters is a plus
2 Years of NHA experience
5 Years of career progressive experience
5 Years Long Term Care experience
Available for 1 weekend per month if necessary
Available for occasional evenings
Willing to travel to other centers within 25 miles
Licensed in TX or able to become
